I used to go to the dealership, but never again. It was November 2019 and I was about to leave to go on a long road trip and noticed my headlight was out. On the way out of town, I swung by and they replaced it for me right there in the parking lot with no appointment and no fuss. Try calling the dealership for a small thing like that the day of and they do not care. Ever since then, I've been coming to Portland Service Center for over a year now for everything from oil changes to replacing my ball joints and belts and they are way better. Honest prices and easy to schedule! Thank you!

Outstanding Ethical Service Recently we took our 2011 Outback to Patriot Subaru for some warranty work and an inspection sticker. They refused to give a sticker unless we did about $1,700 of service work which was mostly labor and no parts. We declined to do the work. We took it to Portland Service Center which has done most of the work on the car and asked for a second opinion. They issued a sticker with about $150 of service work. I would highly recommend them for reliable and ethical service.

They get me in with a minutes notice, or with days in advance planning for repairs. Unless it's something only the dealer can address, these guys have been my go to repair shop for close to a decade. They're great.

They are reliable and trustworthy. I always get my car back on time, or earlier. Theyexplain what the car parts are the I may need and why; they've even brought my muffler into the customer waiting area to show me my problem! I've recommended them to others.

They have serviced my Subaru for years and are the best! I'm on my second Forester! It is refreshing to have a mechanic you can trust. They are great people and I would recommend them to anyone!
