I wanted to share how great the customer service was at Portland Service Center. My mother and I were on our way to Northern maine and while driving on 295 our check engine light came on. We got off the highway and fell upon this garage. They took the time, even though they were weeks out in work, to let us know why the check engine light was on. It was suggested that we stop at the local dealer specializing in the make of our car. We did just that and did not receive the same level of service as we did from Portland service center. I truly appreciate them taking time today to help us and If I lived closer I would definitely bring my car here.

Outstanding experience with my 2013 Impreza at Portland Service Center. Excellent quality work, personalized service, and great communication. Highly recommended for Subaru scheduled maintenance and repair needs.

They are quick to help if you have an emergency and they are also ready and able to do quality work at your scheduled appointment. Friendly and fun staff.

Always satisfied with the work done here. As a first time Subaru owner I love the expertise and knowledge of the Portland Service Center staff. The team is fair, trustworthy, friendly, and does a great job explaining needed repairs
